Stem growth change sensorZN12-O-2 WP
The fluctuation of the daily growth radius of the stem is mainly influenced by the living tissue cells of the bark, and the thickness of the bark depends on the hydration state of the bark. During the day, transpiration of bark water occurs due to sunlight, and water is replenished at night. Due to this cycle, The diameter of trees is smaller during the day and larger at night. This cycle of day night alternation results in tree growth, especially during the wet period of tree growth. In special circumstances, the main reason for slow tree growth is the death of phloem cells or tree necrosis. In winter, tree growth will rapidly decline.
ZN12-O-2WPThe stem growth change sensor is a circular frame that can be installed on tree trunks with a diameter of 1-8cm. The frame is composed of carbon fiber (CFK) and stainless steel.
